[ my beloved blog of eternal stench ]

At work we have an automatic stapler that can staple up to about 40-45 sheets of paper together at a time. (Anyone in an office job who deals with a bunch of paper knows how valuable something like that is.) The poor thing is on its last leg and is about to stop working, but it's got some life in it. Today I made it try to staple about 20 times before it finally did it. My coworker has a rule, 3 tries and it's in a Time Out and he uses some other method. I'll keep trying until it either staples or until it jumps off the desk and explodes from exhaustion. THIS is how stubborn I am.
